Terms of service
Last updated 1 October 2026
These are the terms for using SeatThree, a private archive for fashion reference images run by Sainted Ltd in the United Kingdom. By signing in you agree to them. Questions to rob@withsainted.com.
Membership
SeatThree is invitation only. You may ask to join; we decide whom to invite and may revoke access. An account is for one person. Keep the email address you sign in with secure, since anyone who can read your email can request a sign-in code.
Your content
You keep every right to the images and notes you add. You must have the right to store the images you upload for your own reference: your own work, material you have been given, or copies kept for private study and research. Do not upload anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else’s rights, or private images of other people that you have no right to hold. We may remove content and end an account that breaks this.
You give us only the permission needed to store, back up, display and search your content for you, including producing automatic descriptions of your images as set out in our privacy page. Nothing you add is shown to anyone else unless you choose to share a collection with them.
The service
We aim to keep SeatThree available and your originals safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees. Automatic descriptions and search results are best efforts and may be wrong. We may change or improve features at any time. If we ever decide to close SeatThree we will give members reasonable notice and time to download their originals.
Paying
Membership is free up to 500 images. A larger archive needs a paid plan: the price is shown before you are asked to pay, billing is handled by Stripe, and you can cancel at any time; after a subscription ends you keep reading and downloading access to your archive, and adding new images may be limited.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of content, loss of profits, or indirect loss arising from your use of SeatThree, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can leave at any time by emailing us; we delete your account and content as described on the privacy page. We may end an account for breach of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell members by email.
